All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, an exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package unopened and the complete opening process is mandatory as proof.

Without a valid unboxing video, no exchange or refund will be accepted.
