Shipping policy

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation of the order.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

The estimated delivery time across India is 2–10 business days.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays, public holidays, or the 1st and 2nd Saturdays.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. House of Izabell will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

For pre-booking/pre-order products, dispatch will be made according to the timeline mentioned in the respective product description.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, tracking details will be shared with the customer whenever available.
